What You’ll Do:
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly service by responding to inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, claims, billing, and more
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based approach to educate clients about insurance options
- Collaborate with the agent to set and achieve marketing goals
- Assist in developing and maintaining a digital marketing system to promote the agency and grow the business

Who We’re Looking For:
- Sales experience in outside or inside sales, retail, or telemarketing preferred
- Proven success meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Passion for marketing insurance and financial products tailored to customer needs
- People-oriented, self-motivated, and detail-focused
- Skilled at assessing customer needs and conducting effective interviews
- Ability to clearly explain complex financial and insurance topics in simple terms
- Knowledge of financial services, life, health, and living benefits products
- Must hold current Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses

Compensation: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
