About the Role:
As an integral part of our team, you’ll provide friendly, accurate assistance to customers by answering inquiries, coordinating with agency members, and anticipating the needs of our community. Your attention to detail and empathetic approach will help build trust and strengthen client relationships.

What You’ll Do:
- Establish and nurture customer relationships with timely follow-up
- Provide prompt, knowledgeable answers to questions about insurance coverage, policy changes, claims, billing, and more
- Use a customer-focused approach to educate clients on their insurance options
- Communicate effectively to meet customer needs while supporting agency growth
