Your Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and generate leads to build lasting client relationships
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Provide tailored insurance quotes, comparing coverage options and pricing
- Educate clients with a needs-based approach to help them make informed decisions
- Deliver compelling presentations explaining policies and coverage details
- Help maintain a well-equipped, customer-focused office environment

What We’re Looking For:
- Excellent communication skills: verbal, written, and listening
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Customer service experience required; management experience preferred
- Sales experience is a plus
- Proactive problem solver and team player
- Comfortable with Windows computer applications
- Must have a valid Property & Casualty License
