- Prospect and generate leads to build your own client base
- Arrange appointments, assess client needs, and deliver customized insurance quotes
- Present insurance options clearly, helping clients make confident decisions
- Collaborate with your team to ensure outstanding customer satisfaction and retention
- Consistently hit or exceed sales targets with a winning mindset
Who We’re Looking For:
- Proven sales experience in outside sales, inside sales, retail, or telemarketing
- Track record of smashing sales goals and quotas
- Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for helping clients
- Property & Casualty license required
