What You’ll Do:
- Generate and nurture leads to build a loyal customer base
- Present tailored insurance quotes that meet client needs and budgets
- Provide outstanding customer service—answer questions, resolve issues, and guide clients through policies and claims
- Foster long-term relationships to promote client satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate with a motivated team to hit and exceed sales targets
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven sales experience (inside/outside sales, retail, telemarketing, etc.)
- Strong relationship management skills
- Passion for understanding customer needs and marketing solutions effectively
- Exceptional communication and listening skills
- Ability to anticipate and address client needs proactively
- Must have P&C license and State Farm experience

This is a remote position.
Compensation: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
